This OVA is suppose to be related to Gunsmith Cats, but other then the drawing style I see no relation. There was nothing interesting about this Ova, I just watched it because of Gunsmith Cats. I only recommend watching it if you have read or seen Gunsmith Cats otherwise just skip it.
